The following schedule is our commission rate table based on the final bid price of EACH item:

We do not have a set rate for these auction categories. Since
each estate and business have their own needs when they come
to market, we have found it better benefits the consignor
to drawup an individual contract as warranted by the individuals
desires. Many variables come into play when defining the actions
necessary to successfully market such a large amount of possessions
so it is critical that every detail is well defined and agreed
upon by both parties. We always strive to work with and for
the betterment of our consignors. We accept as little as one
item up to entire estate, collection and/or commerical liquidations
of both contents and New York State Real Estate.
